By downloading, accessing, or using the Cargiver mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the App.

Cargiver is cargiver adalah aplikasi yang diperuntukkan bagi caregiver pasien kanker. aplikasi ini menyediakan berbagai fitur untuk membantu caregiver dalam merawat pasien, termasuk pengingat obat, jadwal perawatan, dan sumber daya edukasi tentang kanker.. The App is operated by Pusat Studi RECHAI and is available for download and use subject to these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App. Prohibited uses include:

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pusat Studi RECHAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
